The turmeric powder grinding and manufacturing machine consists of three main parts. The main machine is responsible for the crucial grinding operation. The auxiliary machine plays a role in facilitating the overall operation. And the electric control box is in charge of managing and adjusting the functions of the machine.

1. It has a simple structure and is extremely convenient for installation and maintenance. 2. It adopts advanced motors, electrical components, bearings and operating elements of world-renowned brands. 3. There is no dust generated during production, and the dust can be collected in the dust collection box. 4. There is no need for a screen. The particle size can be adjusted by changing the speed, with a range from 80 to 600 mesh. 5. A water-cooling jacket is installed around the grinding chamber and the bearing to cool down the machine.

The material gets into the grinding chamber through a screw conveyor. There, it’s swiftly sheared and ground into powder by the rapidly spinning blades. Right after that, the powder travels through the guide ring and makes its way into the classifier chamber. Once the classification wheel starts rotating, air force as well as centrifugal force take effect on the powder. Those particles whose diameters exceed the critical diameter (that is, the diameter of the classification particles) are hurled back to the grinding chamber for further grinding because of their heavier mass. In contrast, particles with diameters smaller than the critical diameter will enter the cyclone separator and the dust-collecting box.
